Ingredients
- 2 pound mixed heirloom cherry tomatoes
- 3 pound white peaches, sliced
- 3 pound yellow peaches, sliced
- 6 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 8 tablespoon fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- 8 tablespoon Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Place tomatoes and peaches in a mixing bowl and dress with all ingredients.
Season with salt and pepper, and serve.
