Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 cup torn iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup radishes
  • 3 tablespoon green onions

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Combine the first 8 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.

Combine lettuce and remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

Add 1 cup dressing; toss well.

Serving Directions:

Serve immediately.

Store remaining dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
