It's no secret that the right handbag can make your outfit feel and look more put-together, even when it's cool out.
That same idea encapsulates Old Navy's recently launched handbag collection for the upcoming fall 2025 season. Per the retailer, it brings the runway to everyday styles, with an assortment that is equally trend-forward, practical and attainable to the loyal and new Old Navy customer.
“Every piece is thoughtfully designed with clean lines, great proportions and materials that feel elevated without being overworked," said Zac Posen, Old Navy's Chief Creative Officer, in a press release.
In the line, you'll notice these elements of fashion and value, from a stand-out suede bucket bag to a date-night ready clutch, all priced under $45. The launch is also divided into three collections — The Carrie Collection, The Prep Collection and The Romantic Collection — each with its own personality, yet carrying the same message. After all, a good handbag doesn't have to be expensive.

The Old Navy Fall handbag collection
The Carrie Collection
The Carrie Collection is a tribute to longtime Old Navy campaign star Carrie Donovan, with styles filled with soft faux suede and leather that are ready for fall.
Regardless of the season, the ultimate accessory to own is a crossbody bag, like the one above. The separate buckle strap is also adjustable, so you can wear the bag comfortably over the shoulder of your winter coat.
'Tis the season for the bucket bag, in our opinion. From the size of the main compartment to the adjustable straps (which, might we add, can be used to transform how you wear the bag), we imagine this style will be a customer favorite.
If you tuned in on our previous coverage, then you know our team can't live without an extra-large bag. For the season ahead, this tote is perfect for storing everything from office supplies to cold-weather essentials.
The Preppy Collection
With rich colors, eye-catching accents and buttery fabrics, The Preppy Collection is meant for everyday wear, regardless of where you're heading.
Ain't she cute? While it might be the smaller version of the bucket bag below, the Small Preppy Bucket Crossbody Bag can still store your phone and other tiny essentials comfortably.
Because you can't have a handbag collection without a classic shoulder bag. This one is square in shape and closes with a statement gold magnetic tab.
If you've been loving the bucket bag styles in this launch, but looking for more space, consider the Large Preppy Bucket Bag. According to the retailer, it can fit most laptop sizes, so it might make for a good work bag.
The Romantic Collection
For when you want to play dress up, The Romantic Collection is filled with suede-like fabric and gold hardware to instantly elevate your outfit.
You won't need any other accessories when wearing Old Navy's 'Bracelet' Bag. Carry the tote via its handle or wear it over your wrist; it catches the eye no matter how you style it.
Besides a classic shoulder bag, you have to own a clutch, too. A clutch, like the one above, adds a bit of sophistication to even the simplest outfits.
