Hearts of palm are one of the most popular vegetables in Brazil because of their unique taste and texture. They are the perfect addition for salads.
Ingredients
- 1 14-ounce can hearts of palm, drained and finely chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
In a bowl, add the sliced hearts of palm, avocado, peanuts and olive oil. Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle the balsamic vinegar on top and serve.
