A stylish workout outfit just might be the source of motivation you need to get your body moving and your heart rate up.
"I think the hardest part is actually getting the clothes on, but once you get them on, you're ready to go to the gym," celebrity stylist Melissa Garcia said to Tamron Hall on TODAY Tuesday.

The fashionable duo shared their top picks and tips for finding workout wear that both wows and motivates.
Send yourself a monthly package of inspiration
Garcia recommends online subscription services for those who are looking to stay ahead of fitness fashion trends.
Services like FYTSO will send you an entire outfit in a box. Then, you can pick and choose which items you want to keep and which you'd rather return. It's about $50 per item (you're only charged for the items you keep) and they curate each piece from a variety of brands. Talk about shopping made easy!
Pick leggings that inspire
Why wear plain black leggings when you can use your legwear to show off your personality?
From tie-dye prints to to abstract patterns, Yogaletics Wear has such a large variety that you're sure to find the perfect pair for you.
Garcia loves that they come in a wide range of sizes (XS to 6X) and that the leggings themselves are made from a thick material that won't stretch out and lose color; a concern many women have when it comes to printed leggings. Be bold and have some fun with your athletic apparel!
Wear clothes that transition from the gym to real life
The fact you won't have time to change after the gym isn't a great excuse anymore.
Thanks to the "athleisure" trend, many brands carry clothes that can easily go from the treadmill to the street. Garcia recommends checking out Kate Hudon's brand Fabletics if you're in the market for some new duds. The monthly subscription service offers two items per month for $49.95.
Don't let your workout wardrobe break the bank
You don't have to spend a bundle to work out in style.
In fact, some of your favorite everyday retailers may already have trendy items that make exercising more fun.
Old Navy is a great destination if you're looking up to give your exercise routine a fashionable twist. Likewise, Kohl's has plenty of options to spruce up your gym clothes.
And when it comes to cleaning your workout clothes, Garcia has some great advice for that, too. Feel free to throw them in with your usual load of laundry, but be sure to air dry or set your dryer to low to avoid any shrinking or pilling.
