Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 bunch (about 1/2 pound) fresh asparagus, tough ends removed
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the butter is melted, add the garlic, asparagus spears, salt and pepper.
Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until the asparagus is tender, about 10 minutes.
