Ingredients
- 8 links pork sausage, taken out of the skin
- 8 pieces puff pastry, cut into 5 inch by 6 inch pieces
- 2 eggs, whisked together in a small bowl
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees.
Lay out 4 pieces puff pastry and pipe a line of the sausage meat in the middle of the pastry.
Brush the egg wash on the edges of the puff pastry and roll up.
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with tomato sauce (ketchup).
