Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon clarified butter
- 2 tablespoon Idaho potatoes
- 2 tablespoon translucent
- 2 tablespoon herbs or whole herb leaves
- 2 tablespoon coarse or kosher salt
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Brush a cookie sheet or sheet pan with clarified butter or vegetable oil.
Place half the potato slices on the cookie sheet or sheet pan.
Place 3 leaves or 1/2 teaspoon chopped herb on each potato slice.
Cover each potato slice with another potato slice and press to seal.
Bake 10-15 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked, lightly browned and crisp.
Serving Directions:
Season and serve as hors d’ hoeurves or with grilled fish or meat.
