Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced, seeded and meat scooped out
  • 1 tablespoon chopped white onion
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeño or serrano chile, more or less to taste, minced (seeding is optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt, more or less to taste

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Gently mix ingredients in a bowl and serve.

It can be prepared a couple of hours in advance if covered and stored in the refrigerator.
