Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cup blueberries (or 1 cup pureed blueberries)
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Put the yogurt, blueberries and chicken stock in a blender jar or a food processor; blend until smooth.
Pour out into serving bowls and garnish with chopped chives, blueberry croutons and mint.
