Ingredients
- 16 ounce beef outside skirt steak, cut to 1-inch cubes
- 1 ounce serrano chili
- 1 ounce poblano chili
- 1 ounce red onion, medium
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
Baking Directions:
1.Soak skewers in lemon juice for at least 1 hour.
2.Julienne the chilies and onion.
In a bowl, mix the chili, onion, garlic, rosemary and oil.
3.Add meat and massage for a minute.
Leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.
4.Skewer meat.
5.Heat grill to high.
Season skewers with salt and pepper.
6.Place skewers on grill for 3 minutes per side.
Serve.
