Woman dragged by car after her purse was stolen
00:29A security camera captured footage of a woman in Oakland, California, being dragged a street after her purse was stolen outside a beauty supply store. A witness says the woman had just left the store when the suspect grabbed her bag and jumped in the car. The woman eventually let go and the car drove away. Police are still looking for suspects.
