The USPS has delivered a warning to at least 22 states that higher demand could put 2020 election votes at risk. At the request of Democrats, the USPS Inspector General is now examining reorganizational changes made by Postmaster General Louis DeJoy. NBC’s Kelly O’Donnell reports for Weekend TODAY.
