Enjoy a minty mojito without the sugar. Fresh cool mint and zesty lime provide all the flavor in this refreshing cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces rum
  • 1 handful mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime
  • Club soda
  • 1 sprig mint, for garnish

Preparation

In a tall glass, add the rum. Roll and break the mint leaves as you add them to the glass. Use a handheld juicer to squeeze in the juice of half a lime.

Top with ice, fill with club soda and add a sprig of mint.
