Makes 10 pieces Servings
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (soft)
- 1 cup scallion sliced
- 10 cup store-bought spring roll wrappers
Clean the crab.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Put a teaspoon of the mixture in the middle of the spring roll wrapper; brush with an egg wash.
Bake in a 500 degree oven until golden, approximately 5 minutes.
