Katie Couric is back on TODAY for a week-long run as co-anchor alongside Matt Lauer, and it's just like the old days.

In fact, on Tuesday, she proved that not only can she still do this job, she could do it standing on her head.

Just one day after her return to Studio 1A, Katie chatted with Hilaria Baldwin about the yoga instructor's new book, "The Living Clearly Method."

The pair then headed to the yoga mat and turned things upside-down — and kept the interview going.

"The only bad thing about doing headstands, Hilaria, is that gravity basically makes my chin fall into my forehead," Katie noted.

But she didn't let a little thing like gravity get in her way.

Katie remained head down and spirits high as they continued with what she called "probably one of the weirdest interviews I've ever done."

"Do you know how hard it is to talk upside-down?" Baldwin asked.

If you ask us, they both made it look easy.
