Hey, you, cursing your thighs and fretting over your pores. Queen Jennifer Aniston has a message for you, so listen up.

"All bodies are beautiful; let’s face it," Aniston told Refinery29 this week. "We are so overly critical of ourselves — with the obsession with perfection, trying to reach a goal that's unrealistic."

The 47-year-old actress knows a thing or two about the pressures of living (and aging) in the spotlight. Aniston says her self-confidence trick is kind of like a fitness-y version of the Serenity Prayer: to do the best she can for her body ... and then let go of the things she can't change.

"We should take care of what we have and not take it for granted, because it’s our one body," she continued.

We know, we know — easy to love your body when you're Jennifer Aniston, right? But it's worth noting that loving your body isn't just in how you feel about yourself. It's also in how you treat yourself. And Aniston has made no secret of the fact that she works hard to keep her figure in fighting shape.

Take her morning routine, for instance. It's easy to scoff at Aniston's Hollywood-perfect ritual of lemon water, meditation, green smoothies and spin class. It's pretty much a B-I-N-G-O card for L.A. living.

And yet, there is peace that comes with taking care of yourself. "I feel better in my 40s. Not only do you feel better in your body physically, but you're mentally better," Aniston told Harper's Bazaar last month. According to Aniston, that comes from knowing what works, understanding which habits to prioritize, and letting go of minor imperfections while knowing you are doing the best you can.

And the green smoothies. Those are key too.
