Ingredients
- 8 cup watermelon
- 8 cup sugar
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Puree melon in a blender or food processor.
Pass through a fine mesh strainer, sugar to taste, and pour into a shallow pan.
Place in the freezer.
As the granita freezes, periodically (about every hour), stir ice with a fork so you have a grainy finished product.
