Ingredients
- 5 3 oz. tuna steaks
- 2 cup diced watermelon
- 1 cup mache
- 1 tablespoon crushed black peppercorns
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 1/8 cup sea salt
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Grill tuna steaks on 1 side for 1 to 2 min.
In a bowl mix watermelon, mache, black pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Sprinkle with sea salt and spoon over tuna and serve.
