Ingredients

  • 2 pound snapper, sea bass fillets or swordfish steaks
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh italian parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon roasted garlic puree

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Combine all ingredients.

Coat fillets with mixture and marinate for 15 to 20 minutes in refrigerator.
