Ingredients
- 2 pound snapper, sea bass fillets or swordfish steaks
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh italian parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon roasted garlic puree

Combine all ingredients.
Coat fillets with mixture and marinate for 15 to 20 minutes in refrigerator.
