Ingredients
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cup garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground caraway
- 1 cup mild chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon chopped mint
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Heat the oil in a small sauté pan over medium heat.
When the oil shimmers, add garlic and sauté until golden, about 4 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat.
Add the caraway, chili powder, coriander, salt and mint and stir to combine.
Let cool.
Tips:
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
