Ingredients

Milk Mixture:
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 cup eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 5 ounce vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 1/3 cup cake flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup cème de cacao

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until pale yellow and tripled in volume.

With mixer running, gradually add vegetable oil.

Sift together dry ingredients and fold into egg mixture.

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for approximately 20 minutes.

Milk Mixture: Combine sweetened condensed milk, cream, milk and cocoa powder in a sauce pan.

Heat and stir till cocoa dissolves.

Remove from heat and stir in liqueur.

Poke holes with a tooth pick in the top of the cake.

Pour milk mixture over the cake and refrigerate.
