Ingredients
- 16 ounce whipped cream cheese, softened
- 1 pound lobster meat (from 4 1-1/4-pound lobsters)
- 4 ounce grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon drained horseradish
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients except almonds and blend well.
Spoon into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle almonds over the top.
Heat 20 to 25 minutes, and serve warm with crostini or crackers.
