David Bowie's widow, Iman, has suffered yet another loss.
On Friday, the former supermodel announced that her mother, Maryan Baadi, had died.
"Saddened by the death of my mom," she wrote in a tweet that also featured a photo from her 1992 wedding to Bowie.
Iman stood between her father, Mohamed Abdulmajid, and her mother in the shot, while Bowie stood on the other side of Baadi.

"May Allah grant her the highest jennah," Iman wrote after her mother's death, and in a version of the same post on Instagram, she added, "I beg that you respect my family's privacy during our time of grief."
Iman also posted a simple message of faith on social media on January 10, immediately following the death of the music icon she'd been married to for 24 years.
