The way Cincinnati Bengals defensive lineman Devon Still sees it, if his daughter Leah's hair has to fall out one last time but it means she beats cancer, he's more than willing to make that trade.

Still offered the latest update on Leah's battle with pediatric cancer on Wednesday when he posted a picture on Instagram. Leah, 4, had been growing her hair back as she recovers after being first diagnosed with Stage IV neuroblastoma in June of 2014. Her latest treatment left her bald and beautiful.

"Rocking hair was cool but it was time for us to go back to the baldy!'' Devon wrote. "I know she wanted nothing more but to grow her long hair back but we will take a clean bill of health over hair any day! Hopefully this will be the last treatment she ever has that will make her hair fall out."

Leah has become a symbol of courage in the fight against pediatric cancer, appearing in Hoda Kotb's "Truly Brave" video along with Cyndi Lauper and Sara Bareilles as part of TODAY's Shine a Light series to support worthy causes.

Leah also joined with her dad to write the children's book "I am Leah Strong" to help other kids in similar situations.

Leah's journey has also included a five-hour surgery in September to remove a tumor from her stomach and being honored by the Bengals for her courageous fight during a November game against the Cleveland Browns. She also strutted her stuff in February at the Nike Levi's Kids Fashion Show during Fashion Week in New York City. In March, Devon wrote that doctors "feel very optimistic" about her recovery after initially giving her a 50-50 chance of survival and that a scan at that time did not find any disease in her body.

Throughout it all, Leah has fought hard, remained positive, and attacked her ordeal with a smile.
