Thanksgiving is tomorrow, so we are down to the wire with time. I was able to catch Nicole Johnson, a nutritionist and expert from the Butterball Turkey Talk-Line, before she left the studio after her helpful, tip-filled segment today.
She shared her three main tips when preparing your turkey: thawing, temperature and the two-hour rule. She also shared some of her favorite stories from her time on the talk line.
