Known for such classic films as “Jaws” and “Close Encounters of the Third Kind,” Oscar winner Richard Dreyfuss plays a real estate mogul trying to develop a massive private prison on the new TV drama “Shots Fired.” He tells TODAY the racially charged drama relates to current real-life issues, when “we’re trying to privatize everything,” and adds, “There’s a little bit of Dick Cheney in all of us.”March 28, 2017
