Hurricane Matthew batters South Carolina, leaves at least 4 dead in Florida


Hurricane Matthew was downgraded to a category 2 storm overnight as it makes its way up the East Coast and batters South Carolina with 105 MPH sustained winds. More than 1.2 million people are without power in Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas. NBC’s Chris Jansing reports for TODAY from Charleston, South Carolina.
