Rich Lowry, editor of the conservative National Review, joins Meet the Press moderator Chuck Todd and NBC’s Andrea Mitchell to look at the latest election results on TODAY. Todd says that we could know the outcome of the election by the end of the day, and Mitchell expresses doubts there will be a recount in Pennsylvania. Lowry says that President Trump’s baseless claims of election fraud are merely a larger-scale version of what he’s done “his entire adult life.”
