Closing arguments in James Holmes trial expected as he claims insanity

00:26

The trial of the man accused of a shooting spree in a Colorado movie theater that killed 12 people and injured 70 others is expected to move into closing arguments Tuesday. If found not guilty by reason of insanity, James Holmes would be sent to an institution, while a guilty verdict would send the trial into a death penalty phase.
