Mirco Della Vecchia (Italy) an internationally recognised chocolate master and already record holder for the largest chocolate sculpture and the tallest ice cream has set a new record by making a 15.09 m long and 2.03 m wide chocolate bar. Della Vecchia' record breaking team was formed in this occasion by Mirco Della Vecchia, Renato Zoia and Giuseppe Sartori (all Italy) for an event organised by BF Servizi Gruppo BolognaFiere during the 7th edition of the Cioccoshow fair, in Bologna.
