Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound watermelon
- 3 teaspoon olive oil
- 6 sprig fresh mint leaves
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Using a melon baller scoop out 18 balls of melon and put into a small mixing bowl.
Drizzle the olive oil and the fresh cracked black pepper and toss.
Place 3 balls each in 6 small bowls and garnish with the sprigs of fresh mint leaves and serve.
