Serves 4-6 Servings
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced, seeded and meat scooped out
- 1 tablespoon chopped white onion
- 1 tablespoon jalapeño or serrano chile, more or less to taste, minced (seeding is optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro leaves
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, more or less to taste
Gently mix ingredients in a bowl and serve.
It can be prepared a couple of hours in advance if covered and stored in the refrigerator.
