GRILLED SALMONPlace salmon in medium glass bowl.
Toss with rest of ingredients.
Let marinate 30 minutes or overnight.
Let oil drip off salmon and season with salt and pepper.
Grill two minutes on each side.
Place in a roasting pan, brush with barbecue sauce and bake for 8 minutes in 350 degree oven.
MUSTARD BARBECUE SAUCEHeat oil and add onion, green pepper and garlic.
Cook 15 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients and bring to a simmer.
Cook for one hour.
Cool and store in refrigerator.
Use for fish, meats or poultry.
