Nicki Minaj is in the zone.
After extensive talks, E! News has learned the Pink Friday singer will be livening up Britney Spears' upcoming summer tour, replacing Enrique Iglesias as the opening act after the latter bowed out unexpectedly last month.
Now you get two Femmes Fatales for the price of one.

A source close to the 26-year-old Minaj confirmed to E! that she's aboard and tour organizers expect the tandem should make for a big concert draw, even more so than the Spanish crooner.
Indeed, the choice of the Trinidad and Tobago-born hip-hop diva is probably for the best, given how foolish Iglesias' camp made Spears look by abruptly dropping out only hours after the pop princess revealed to Good Morning America that they were joining forces. Other artists besides Minaj mentioned as replacements included Joe Jonas and Usher.
Britney's latest stage extravaganza, which is in support of her new album, Femme Fatale, kicks off June 17 in Sacramento and wraps up Aug. 13 in Toronto. Tickets go on sale tomorrow.
