Donald Trump has a new target, and boy does he look pleased.

"The fact is, Anthony Weiner is a bad guy," the Celebrity Apprentice honcho, who recently decided against running for the GOP presidential nomination, said of the newly disgraced Democratic congressman, who has reluctantly admitted to tweeting a lewd pic to a 21-year-old woman in Washington state.

"He's a psycho," Trump continued, "and when this came out, I was not surprised at all."

Wow, how did everyone else miss the supposedly obvious warning signs?

"I'd watch him in interviews, I'd watch him on television, I'd hear what he had to say, and you could see he was like a boiler ready to explode," Trump explained. "Little did anybody realize, especially me, that he'd get in this kind of trouble."

So Trump apparently thought that Weiner would explode in some other way.

"I thought that his career was so important to him," continued the obviously very media savvy (and increasingly judgmental ) real-estate magnate. "That fact is, what he was doing was more important to him. Or, probably, he just had a death wish."

Or, maybe, Trump is holding a bit of a grudge.

He neglected to mention that he and Weiner faced off on Piers Morgan Tonight in March during a debate about the Middle East that quickly turned personal.

"I'm not president yet, although I think I have as much chance as Donald Trump does," Weiner said at one point, to which Trump fired back, "If I polled like Anthony's polling I would drop out immediately."

"Don't worry, you'll be dropping out soon enough," Weiner assured him.

Calling the extent to which Weiner lied in previous interviews "incredible," Trump said simply that the congressman "lied, he cheated, he was as bad as I've ever seen. I don't know what this guy was thinking to do all of those interviews and now having to recant."

"He's a liar," Trump concluded. "He should never, ever be allowed to run for office again. What he's done is incredible, and what he's done to his family is truly a shame."

But, being the master of spin that he is, even Trump was able to find a silver lining to the whole mess.

"I'll never have to give him campaign contributions," he said, "and that's really wonderful."

Deep breaths, Donald...deep breaths.
