Kim Kardashian and Kanye West got engaged last night! Mazel tov, Kimye! And, Kim also revealed in a recent interview that Kanye has a big impact on her clothing choices — if she puts on something that he doesn't like, she'll change her outfit.
What do Kathie Lee and Hoda think of that?
"I think it's wise of a woman or a man to want to please their partner," said KLG, "but I don't think that's gonna last. Eventually she's gonna fall in love with an outfit, they're going to be more comfortable together, and she's gonna say 'I like it, I'm gonna wear it.'"
Hoda wasn't so diplomatic. "If I were to ask whoever I'm dating at the time, 'Hey do you like my outfit?' and they go 'Ugh,'" she imagined,"I would not like that."
"That's because you can't handle the truth," chided KLG.
"I just think that he should say, 'If you're happy, then I'm happy,'" said Hoda.
In that case, Kathie Lee joked, you shouldn't marry Frank Gifford.
"Frank tells you when he doesn't like your outfit?" Hoda asked, shocked. "What does he say?"
"Oh yes," KLG revealed, her eyes narrowing. "What did he do to me the other day? We were out to lunch, and I had ordered a nice little salad, a salmon salad with avocado — nice, healthy, delicious. But by mistake, they also brought over a side order of pasta."
Uh oh, we can tell where this is going.
"Now, which one do you think I went to?" she asked, as Hoda waited on the edge of her seat. "Frank is sitting next to me and he goes, 'Uh, honey, eat the salad.'"

"You do not want to know what I said," said KLG, her eyebrows raised. "Oh no, don't infuriate mama. Because if mama ain't happy, nobody's happy. I said, 'Do I tell you what to eat?' He said, 'I weigh 178 pounds, less than when I played football!' Now I want to kill him. Wow. I just realized I'm not over this."
It's okay, KLG. We wouldn't be either! Good thing Frank's usually more complimentary.
