Reunion videos are usually quite successful at bringing on the tears, but this clip uploaded by the Marin Humane Society is especially powerful — and filled with puppy love.
"Yesterday, two frightened dogs were surrendered to us," the humane society wrote on their Facebook page. "Upon examining the female, we learned she recently had puppies. After some detective work and a lot of convincing, our team was able to get the person who surrendered the dogs to also surrender the puppies..."
At the start of the video, the frightened-looking mom hides behind her bed in the corner of a small room.

But when a worker at the humane society starts to pull small puppies from a kennel, the little dog walks over and timidly checks out her new roommates.
And it doesn't take her long to realize that the adorable pups are her own!
She can't quite contain her excitement as she hops around — her tail wagging faster than her furry paws can move.

The video has received over 2.5 million views on Facebook, in addition to the nearly 2.7 million the clip received when it was originally uploaded to the Marin Humane Society's page.
"We captured the moment when sad and scared mom got to see her puppies again," the animal center captioned the first post. "Tears of joy all around at this happy reunion."
