Sparks flew in early 2010 when Levine, 33, met the Russian-born model (a.k.a. Anne V), 26, at a a Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue bash in early 2010 held in Las Vegas, where his band performed. "He will always love and cherish her," a source tells Us of the Maroon 5 singer and "The Voice" judge.

Levine subsequently serenaded his love on the runway during the 2011 Victoria's Secret fashion show in November. The couple even posed nude together on the November issue of Vogue Russia.

But another insider detected trouble for the couple in late January of this year, when the duo "got into a big fight in late January" and nearly split.
