Actress, author and cooking show host Tiffany Theissen is stopping by the TODAY kitchen to share a few of her favorite warming fall recipes from her new cookbook "Pull Up a Chair: Recipes from My Family to Yours." She shows us how to make braised beef with honey roasted root veggies and spicy pork tenderloin with sun-dried tomato and fennel stuffing.

"Tri-tip is a cheaper, tougher cut, but it magically transforms as it braises low and slow in a broth that gets flavored with my secret ingredient: French onion soup mix," says Thiessen. "The deep, meaty flavor of the beef complements the sweetly caramelized root vegetables."
"Pork is one of my favorite meats to cook with when I want something that takes on other flavors really well. Pork tenderloin in particular has such great, tender texture and goes really nicely with just about any glaze or rub — or, in this case, both!"
