"[People] are thinking about getting healthier... everybody's pooping more," she said about the challenge on Tuesday’s show.

Guided by vegan enthusiast and author Kathy Preston, Oprah says she could go “veganish” – meaning she could incorporate just a minimal amount of food derived from animals.

“I'm not ready to commit to the whole thing,” said the media mogul, who went vegan for 21 days in 2008. “This morning Stedman said no, he wanted to continue, and I said ‘go right ahead with yourself.’”

Oprah also declared that Harpo Studios would observe “meatless Mondays,” but she stressed that people who wanted to eat meat still could.

“Let’s try not to get sued for it,” she quipped.
