What happens when a Greek chef is involved in opening an Italian restaurant? New York's Abboccato restaurant! Jim Botsacos, the executive chef at the acclaimed Greek restaurant Molyvos, decided to try his hand at something new, so he spent months studying Italian cuisine in Italy. He was invited on "Today" to share these dishes from Abboccato, which recently opened in midtown Manhattan. Here are the recipes.
