Piña Colada

If you like piña colada…I know you’re singing the next line of the infamous “Escape” song by Rupert Holmes. But what I was going to say is if you like piña coladas, but not all the sugar and calories (about 500!) they contain, I have just the recipe for you. Sip away!

Sweet and Spicy Mango

Prefer a little heat with your sweet? Then this is the perfect snack for you. Just be sure to choose a ripe (but not mushy) mango for best results. To lower the heat, go easy on the cayenne. Also, try pairing the mango with cottage cheese or yogurt—it’s satisfying and delicious.

Sweet Berry Pops (AKA Purple Power Pops)

Matt often cringes when I sneak healthy ingredients into normally indulgent dishes, which is exactly why I brought these to the show today. The recipe includes a full cup of spinach, but is totally sweet and scrumptious. (Shhh! Don’t tell, but it’s the same delicious ice pop recipe that Natalie’s adorable boys devoured a few weeks back.)
