A SkyWest Airlines pilot was arrested for allegedly trying to fly a commercial plane while intoxicated. Police say 38-year-old Russell Duszak’s blood alcohol level was above the legal limit of .04 when he was preparing to fly out of Salt Lake City. He could face up to a year in prison and a $2,000 fine if he’s convicted.
