There's no denying that the last decade has been a busy one for Gwen Stefani. During that time, the "Hollaback Girl" hit maker gave birth to three sons, rejoined career-launching band No Doubt and became a voice of musical reason on singing competition "The Voice."

Eventually something had to give. That something turned out to be her own stage shows. Stefani's Sweet Escape tour came to a close in 2007, but now she's ready to hit the stage solo again.

Stefani will play the Orpheum in Los Angeles on Feb. 7.

"[Performing] never gets old," Stefani said during a sit down with E!'s Jason Kennedy for TODAY. "I mean, it always is exciting. And it's always surprising to me that anyone's interested or that I get to do all this fun stuff. I feel so grateful."

Fans will have something to be grateful about, too, as Stefani plans to perform her old chart toppers when she gets back on the stage — just as soon as she relearns the lyrics.

That's right, when asked if she knew them by heart, the Grammy winner admitted, "No, I don't remember any of the lyrics."

But that's OK. Thanks to helping hands, she'll find time for that in between working on "The Voice," raising her kids and finishing up her new record (from which she's already released two singles, "Baby Don't Lie" and "Spark the Fire").

"You can try to be self-centered … and that's what it really takes to write songs," she said. "But trying to divide my time between being a parent and songwriting and, you know, it's just crazy. But I do have a lot of incredible people around me, helping me."

Among them is husband of 12 years, Gavin Rossdale.

"We both want to be married, and we both want to be good parents," Stefani explained. "So, I feel really proud of what we've done together."
