Ingredients
- 6 drumsticks
- 6 thighs
- 4 skinless boneless breasts
- 16 ounce jar russian dressing
- 12 ounce jar apricot marmalade preserves
- 1 ounce package onion soup mix
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Skin thighs and drumsticks, and then arrange the chicken in an oblong baking dish.
Mix together the Russian dressing, apricot preserves and onion soup mix.
Pour over the chicken.
Cover with foil and bake covered at 350 degrees for one hour.
Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes.
Serve with wild rice.
