- 1/4 cup oyster mushrooms
- 1/4 cup crimini mushrooms
- 1/4 cup king oyster mushrooms
- 1/4 cup honshimeji mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chantrelle mushrooms
- 2 tablespoon yakitori sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sweet soy
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Clean, cut and mix mushrooms in a bowl.
Add yakitori sauce and olive oil to the mushroom mixture.
Then, cook the mushrooms until they reach desired doneness.
Drizzle cooked mushrooms with sweet soy for garnish.
