Ingredients

  • 2 ounce turkey bacon, cooked until crisp and chopped
  • 2 can (6.5 ounce each) whole clams, rinsed, drained, and chopped
  • 8 ounce reduced-fat cream cheese (neufchâtel), softened
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped shallot
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Stir together all ingredients until well combined.

Season to taste.

Chill, covered, at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
