Maksim Chmerkovskiy isn't scoring well with "Dancing With the Stars" staffers.

An insider tells Us Weekly the crew is "livid" with the Ukrainian dance pro's bad attitude. Among his missteps: bad-mouthing Derek Hough during a "Good Morning America" interview; telling reporters backstage on November 14, "F--- [judge] Carrie Ann [Inaba]"; and refusing to speak to journalists after he and Hope Solo were voted off Nov. 15. (The source claims ABC told the pro, 31, not to do press.)

"He's a poor sport," says the insider. "People are suggesting he get anger management!" Many crew members also believe "Maks' antics reflect poorly on the show."

A second insider counters that Chmerkovskiy is trying to rebuild burned bridges — beginning with Hough, 26.

"Maksim and Derek have patched things up after their big feud," the second source tells Us. "They are fine with each other now."

Chmerkovskiy's manager and ABC had no comment.
