Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson not only announced Tuesday that he and his longtime girlfriend Lauren Hashian are expecting a daughter — but also posted an adorable Instagram photo to prove it.
"I was raised by and live with amazing and strong women, so the universe felt we needed one more," the WWE wrestler-turned-movie-star announced to his more than 32 million Instagram followers Tuesday afternoon. "IT'S A BABY GIRL!!"
The selfie shows Johnson and the singer-songwriter grinning in front of autumnal foliage, with a caption that thanks fans and adds, "We're so grateful for this blessing and thrilled to share the news with y'all."
As Johnson has been known to do, he ended his caption with a few cute and hyper-specific hashtags, including #BringOnMoreEstrogenInOurHome, #MeAndPuppyHobbsAreTheOnlyDudes, #JustOverHereMakingBabiesAndStuff and #AndPalmingPregnantBellys.
The caption also included the hasthag #2xProudPapaBear, a reference to the fact he'll be a dad for the second time; he and ex-wife Dany Garcia, who divorced in 2007, are parents to 14-year-old Simone.
If his September Instagram tribute to Simone is any indication, baby girl No. 2 should be in good hands. "Life's crazy and complicated," he wrote at the time, "but this amazing, loving, protective one of a kind father daughter bond we have keeps me grounded and balanced."
